By mid-2025, Regenics, a rapidly growing U.S. medical and wellness brand, faced a familiar challenge for scaling businesses: communication breakdown.


The email campaigns had actually been inconsistent and manual. The customers received unwanted and inappropriate notifications. The appointment reminders had been sent late, with leads falling through the gaps between email, CRM, and messaging apps.


Each and every follow-up email confirmation and reminder had to be crafted manually - taking precious time and energy from the team. The company was unable to gain insight from data analysis about what was and was not working with its customers.
